Here at Organic Soul, we stress authenticity. Living a sustainable lifestyle isn’t easy, and it certainly doesn’t help when nearly every company claims some sort of environmental benefit. Greenwashing is rampant, false promises abundant, and even the organic certification is becoming evermore useless as more more big food reps wiggle their way on boards and committees we trust to stay true.

This becomes especially difficult for those who follow the vegan diet. Unfortunately, despite the diet’s serious benefits, many companies resort to heavy processing, meaning less nutritional value for the body and ultimately diminished health. Vegan foods are certainly healthy, but it can be difficult to sort through the burgeoning industry with confidence. What’s the transitioning vegan to do?

Becoming A Better Vegan with Conscious Box: Enter Brendan Brazier

All is not lost, though. Conscious Box, the monthly subscription service that introduces subscribers to the best, purest products on earth, released their new vegan box this last month, and vegans far and wide should take heed. Why’s that? It’s not just because of the reputation the company has built for itself, but because of who they have working with them on their flagship vegan box: Brendan Brazier.

The Vegan Conscious BoxFor vegans unfamiliar with Brazier (or non-vegans who are still curious), here are just some of his accomplishments: he’s the best-selling author of The Thrive Diet, has been a guest lecturer at Cornell University (not to mention that he teaches an eCornell course called The Plant-Based Diet and Elite Athleticism), is a former professional Ironman triathlete, and is also a two-time Canadian 50km Ultra Marathon Champion. He’s also the creator behind Vega, an award-winning line of whole food nutritional products.

And oh, did we mention he’s directly influenced the likes of Don Scott, Hugh Jackman’s personal trainer?

That all said, if you’re a vegan looking for a better selection of favorites (or validation of the ones you use now), the new Vegan Conscious Box is worth checking out. Similarly, if you’re a transitioning vegan or someone who’d like to give the diet a shot, this box is the perfect source for starting the journey. The box, like all Conscious Boxes, includes a huge variety of products, each with their on unique and specific uses in your daily life.

To me, it provides an easy way to become a better vegan or, at very least, a better eater. Even for non-vegans, this box is a great source for finding companies that have a lower environmental impact and, to many, a superior moral compass.

More About Conscious Box

If you’re unfamiliar with Conscious Box, there’s a lot of great things you should know.

First, it has widely become known as “the” source for finding the most authentic companies for a healthy, green lifestyle. They work with larger companies, mom-and-pop shops, and growing business across the United States. Their boxes are produced in a 100% wind-powered facility, they use veggie-based inks in production, and all their labels and shipping materials are BPA-free.

In addition to that, they provide subscribers with useful content in each box. For example, in their April Earth Day box, subscribers learned the average output of carbon a year, how much trees sequester, and how to start getting your footprint back in the “green” so to speak. This extends to health tips related to yoga, stretching, and meditation. Truth is, enlightenment is never far away with a Conscious Box subscription.
