Elements of Balance is a series consisting of 4 parts.

How do you try to achieve balance every day? Maybe it’s always important for you to stimulate your body and mind, or perhaps you are seeking a spiritual awakening.

Organic Soul wants you to realize all the elements of your life that can contribute to personal balance, and help you to create a stronger connection to yourself and the world around you.

Spirituality Beyond The Senses

The human spirit is a powerful force. The essence of every individual flourishes within each physical body, but a spiritual connection provides fulfillment beyond a physical existence. The other aspects of your life’s balance seem more tangible—physical movement, intellectual stimulation, emotional connection.

Daily living routines, work achievements and social relationships can give most people a generous amount of fulfillment, but the presence of spirituality can sometimes be harder to achieve and maintain.

If you cannot grasp something in the palm of your hand, how do you know how to define it? If you cannot hear, taste, see or smell something, do you know if it is really there? Our senses give us a way to identify with ourselves and our world, but they do not indicate how to understand faith or manifest hope.

Connect To Your Spiritual Center

The beauty of spirituality is that it does not require definition. It is not something that you have to fully understand, you just have to be willing to be open to it how it moves you, and moves with you.

The spirituality that you may find now could be completely different from that which you found 10 years ago, and it may be different from that which you find 10 years from now.

What matters is that you are inspired on a daily basis to seek meaning, fulfillment and transformation. Let yourself be humbled in the shadow of a mountain range, and find compassion for those around you who may be struggling.

In the moments when you may feel unbalanced, seek solace in a natural or comfortable setting that provides you with a sense of ease in your body and the world around you. If you feel anxious, try breathing and meditation. If you feel lethargic, try walking or reflecting in fresh air. Take time every day to find a spiritual base that keeps you centered and grounded .
