Making changes throughout life is one thing humans are known for. We change our habits, our friends, and our surroundings. Generally, it’s easy to say humans are creatures of evolution. Lifestyle is a major part of the change we undergo – and, ideally, we’ll make positive changes to our lifestyles, pushing toward healthier, fuller living.
That being said, I’d like to know how you – our users – are making changes in your lifestyle toward this end. What do you do to support green? How do you improve upon your health? What do you do to make you feel “full” or “whole”?

I’ve been obsessed with sustainability since I came to college. I’ve made a lot of green lifestyle changes such as handwashing my laundry, buying eco friendly cleaning products (or making my own at home), buying from my local co-op store and farmers markets, avoiding excessive lighting/heating/cooling, recycling, buying clothes from 2nd hand stores, and eating a low meat/half organic diet. In terms of health, I’m eating less and exercising more and I meditate. Professionally, I run a Net Impact Chapter at my school and I work at a start up company that’s aimed at empowering the consumer to influence companies to make socially responsible changes. I live and breath this stuff and I have so much fun!
