With all the things going on in life – be they work, school, family, or relationship related – things can get overwhelming. It’s tempting at times to sit back and float – losing focus or allowing yourself to drift. After thinking about this, I wondered of the methods we can employ to prevent or manage this. For me, I try to always remember why I’m doing something; I reassess that final goal. But I’m curious of other methods.
Strict planner rules? Binding commitments? A designated time to relax?
