The checkout page indicates that American Express is accepted for purchase, but it isn’t. The logo should be removed so there isn’t any confusion. I made several attempts to place my order. That said, I’m looking forward to receiving my order!

Julia – FedEx has been very slow & tracking packages very poorly. My package sat in City Of Industry, CA for 5 days. I finally received my package today. I think many people are having issues with the shipping.

I just subscribed for my first Conscious Box this month and received it today. I absolutely LOVE it! I received your sign up email in my inbox and wanted to purchase this special offer of another Conscious Box, but I kept receiving an “Error” on the page. It is still a problem at check out. When I press “buy” it goes to an error window, it does the same when i press “cart”. And I am signed in. I have tried it several ways. I even tried by making a new account. still doesn’t work. Any suggestions?

Hello there! I just opened the “mystery” box and it is the same box I received in April. Although I did love every sample in that box I purchased this box only because it was supposed to be different, now I have double samples. Was there a mix up in boxes, did I get the wrong box or wrong information regarding the “mystery” box? Hope to hear from you soon!
