In A Large Bowl Combine:
1 cup organic rolled oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
¼ cup almond meal
1 t. baking soda
¼ t. salt
In Another Bowl Combine:
2 organic eggs
1 T. really raw honey
¼ cup butter, melted
Add the wet and dry mixtures together and stir until just combined. Cook on hot oiled griddle; serve with your favorite fruit, applesauce, pure maple syrup or perhaps even raw agave nectar!
