Cucumber Tonic WaterBy Christina Ross

Want to feel clean, green, and oh so fresh but don’t have time nor veggies on hand? That’s how I felt yesterday,  I wanted greens but didn’t want to take the time to make a salad.

Instead I opted for this refreshing, reviving, simple tonic to feed my body with greens and give me a great boost in energy. This drink was so uplifting that I drank two quarts in two hours. Bonus-great way to increase hydration during these active summer days.

The color of this drink is so calming, I felt like I was drinking pristine caribbean water without the salt. Make a glass and teleport yourself to the most relaxing place your imagination can take you…
