Raw Almond Milk Colon Cleanser

almond milk colon cleanseThis isn’t your normal almond milk, this is made as a colon cleanser. When you soak almonds in water they begin to sprout, which creates nitrogen. When the almonds are blended together with the prunes, the nitrogen from the almonds and the iron in the prunes act as a colon cleanser and a metabolism stimulant.   By drinking this in the morning, you will have a cleansed colon and balanced metabolism. Drink once or twice a month to have a cleansed and balanced body.

Note: since this is a Colon Cleanser I suggest drinking this when you know you will be near a bathroom all day. It truly cleanses your colon!

Ingredients:

  • 12 raw organic almonds
  • 6 organic pitted prunes
  • Water

Directions:

  1. Soak the almonds and prunes in 8 ounces of water for 6 hours or over night.
  2. In the morning peel the skin off the almonds. Keep the soaked water you will need this when you blend everything together.
  3. Now, in a blender, blend everything together until liquified. You may add more water until desired consistency. Pour into a jar and refrigerate or drink immediately. Enjoy this healthy, healing, prune tasting drink!
