Try this all-natural face mask once a week to add moisture and brightness to your complexion.

Treat Your Skin Sweet

Oatmeal, Honey and Yogurt Face Mask

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cooked plain oatmeal
  • 4 tablespoons of raw honey
  • 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt

Steps:

    1. Blend 1 cup of warm, cooked plain oatmeal into a fine paste with a blender.
    2. Transfer oatmeal puree into a bowl, and gradually stir-in 4 tablespoons of raw honey.
    3.  Stir in 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt to thicken the paste.
    4. Coat your face with the oat, honey and yogurt mixture and let it sit on your skin for five to ten minutes.
    5. Wash your face thoroughly with warm water and pat dry.

After your facial, add a moisturizer to protect your skin from dryness and sun. During the day, choose a face cream with at least SPF 15 to shield your skin from harmful UV rays.
