Oatmeal, Honey and Yogurt Face Mask
- 1 cup of cooked plain oatmeal
- 4 tablespoons of raw honey
- 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt
- Blend 1 cup of warm, cooked plain oatmeal into a fine paste with a blender.
- Transfer oatmeal puree into a bowl, and gradually stir-in 4 tablespoons of raw honey.
- Stir in 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt to thicken the paste.
- Coat your face with the oat, honey and yogurt mixture and let it sit on your skin for five to ten minutes.
- Wash your face thoroughly with warm water and pat dry.
