Everyone has (at least) that one thing they do that is physically and/or mentally destructive. What is it for you and how do you plan on stopping it? Personally, I have a nasty reputation for staying up too late and not getting enough sleep. Being a health-aficionado, I should know better, yet I continuously find myself awake at 2 a.m. with an alarm set for 8.
I’m planning to drink calming teas and meditate a bit around 11pm so help create an environment conducive to sleep.
