Organic Hempseed oil is my favorite oil. It’s super nutritious, tastes marvelous, and has so many uses! It’s a great vegan alternative to fish oils, and a super stress buster. Just two tablespoons a day provide you with the ideal 3:1 Omega 6 to 3 ratios.

Hempseed is actually superior to flaxseed oil in that it provides a great source of Super Omegas 3 and 6, which help our bodies metabolize fat. Use it in salads and on sandwiches. In fact, use it anywhere you’d use any other oil, like olive oil, just don’t cook with it, as heat destroys the beneficial properties.
Talk about Mother Nature providing all we need. I’ve found hempseed oil to be the best moisturizer ever. It’s light and absorbs well, while providing all day comfort against dryness. Slather it on your bod après bain for glowing skin.
I even use it in my hair. If you want to get really crazy, try mixing hempseed with a bit of organic coconut oil (raw, organic, unrefined, cold pressed, of course) into which you’ve infused some real vanilla beans. Add a drop (or seven) of patchouli essential oil and prepare yourself! Folks won’t be able to keep their mitts off of you!
Hempseed oil is delicate oil, one that needs to be refrigerated. Other criteria to look for is that it be raw, unrefined, cold pressed, and organic.
